WE GOT A FIRST!

KAZAKHSTAN.

We have recently partnered with Washington D.C. based client East West Communications to create a high awareness TV campaign for the Kazakhstan government. The 30 second spot will first air on the mega screen in New York's Times Square and will play there for a month. In addition it will also be played out worldwide via Euro News and CNN during the global leadership summit in Kazakhstan. The commercial has been created to celebrate the United Nations awarding Kazakhstan with 'International Day Against Nuclear Testing' on the 29th August, This year will be the 20th anniversary of closing the country's last nuclear testing site after independence from the USSR.

But you already knew that.

Uber's Managing Director Greg said, "It was a great honour to be invited to Kazakhstan by the government to produce this piece. Astana takes your breath away with its modernity and sheer scale. It is a brave stance they are taking to rid themselves, and hopefully the world of nuclear weapons. We are immensely proud of the result."

Following our success with Casio's collaboration on Hollywood blockbuster Avatar, we've been tasked by Casio to assist them with their new 'Exilim-Make-Up -Mode' camera. We have created a press and online campaign, as well as a micro-site for the Casio camera. It has the ability to smooth the appearance of your skin giving it the look of a professional make over, all with the click of a button.
Casio's Marketing Communications Manager, Sarah Salter said of the Campaign: "Uber's creative approach has once again answered the brief perfectly.'

Well done Rob 'Mugatu' Sandom on creating this smart campaign shot by Metz and Racine.

Our very own twinkle toes Truswell has been busy immersing himself in the world of dance. We've won a 5 way pitch for internationally renowned, Leeds-based dance company Phoenix Dance Theatre. The brief has been to rebrand the organization and build a company website to support it.

Phoenix Dance Theatre's Marketing Manager Alex Croft kindly said, "From their initial pitches we instantly knew that in Uber we had found an agency who could match the creativity of our performances in their work. With a small team it was important to us that the company we chose felt like they fit and Uber already feel like part of the family." The brand new identity is due to be launched early February and will be followed by the website going live in March.

Tim will be performing his sellout worldwide tour at the Bolshoi later in the year.

IF THEY COULD SEE ME NOW.

After the success of our work for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts last year, we've been working again on the prestigious 2010 awards. Richard Benjamin said of the alliance, "It was an honour to work with BAFTA last year and for them to partner with us again this season is an absolute privilege. There was no reaction from Harry Hill to this year's invite sadly but we caught this jobbing actor wandering around with his.
